Orders can be returned within a week after they have been received by customers in the mail.
All returns must be submitted via e-mail prior to mailing.
Cost of shipping either way will not be returned.
Prescription glasses with lenses mounted into frames are final sale. Prescription lenses are guraranteed to be done according provided prescription. If however customer needs to redo the lenses due to doctor's error, we will redo the lenses at 50% of the price. Customer to pay shipping both ways.
