At TRENDeyewear we are commited to provide our customers best service possible. All glasses frames and sunglasses products purchased via our online glasses store are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty.
Warranty takes effect on the day glasses are received by customers in the mail.
Standard warranty covers manufacturer defects not inflicted by wearer error. Things like coating pealing off, rein stones falling out, paint coming off and other issues related to quality of product are considered manufacturering defects.
Issues related to wear and tear and breakage is not covered by manufacturers. Things like broken arm, scratches on frames or lenses are considered human inflicted and are not covered.
In either case we will respond to all warranty inquiries and help if possible. At times we can simply order parts to replace broken ones or offer replacement lenses from another manufacturer if no longer available from original factory.
To process a warranty claim you would need to ship defective glasses to us and we will ship you back new or repaired ones. Please note, cost of shipping both ways is to be covered by the customer.
Warranty does not apply on prescription lenses. All prescription lenses sales are final.
